Biography
I am a Sport Education and Bursary Specialist dedicated to helping young people reach their full potential through the combined power of sport and education. My work focuses on building holistic, ethical, and sustainable systems around student‑athletes, ensuring that schools can support young people academically, socially, physically, and psychologically, not just in performance.
What I do
I support schools and organisations through student‑athlete mentorship, scholarship and bursary advisory, leadership development, and whole‑school sport performance programme design. My approach blends academic research with practical, real‑world application to create environments where young people thrive.
My Background
I bring experience across high school, university, and professional sport environments, supported by a Master’s in Sport Management, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and ongoing PhD research into the holistic development and lived experiences of South African school sports scholarship recipients.
How I Work
My practice is guided by integrity, responsibility, consideration, and excellence. I focus on clarity, connection, and process, building systems that are sustainable, student‑centred, and aligned with best practice.
What I’m Passionate About
I am committed to positive leadership, evidence‑based practice, and creating environments where young people can grow as athletes, students, and future leaders.
