Biography
I do research that supports student thriving, using theories from positive psychology (e.g. growth mindsets, character strengths, wellbeing), innovative teaching (e.g. AI tools in mathematics assessments), and developing students holistically (e.g. academic coaching, developing friendships). I am grateful for what I have learnt from the first-year mathematics students in my classes over the span of more than two decades.
