She is a dedicated Ph.D. candidate at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, specializing in Food
Science and Technology, located in the vibrant city of Cape Town, South Africa. Currently, in her fourth
year of doctoral studies, she plays an active and integral role in advancing cutting-edge research
initiatives within the department. With a distinguished master's degree in Food Technology earned from
the prestigious University of Ibadan, Nigeria, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her
current academic pursuits. Her commitment to the field of Food Science and Technology is unwavering,
driven by a profound desire to effect positive change. Her passion is centred around the realms of food
