Currently, in her fourth year of doctoral studies, she plays an active and integral role in advancing cutting-edge research initiatives within the department. With a distinguished master's degree in Food Technology earned from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Nigeria, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current academic pursuits.
