Biography
I am a lecturer in the undergraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development at Stellenbosch University. My work sits at the intersection of teaching, facilitation, and emerging research on leadership and sustainability in African contexts. I integrate ecoliteracy and regenerative leadership into my teaching and mentoring to support students in developing the capabilities required for socially and ecologically just futures.
My research interests include regenerative leadership, sustainability leadership, nature immersion, and the role of Traditional African Ecological Knowledge in shaping leadership practice and decision-making. I am currently developing a PhD proposal and have presented emerging research at academic conferences.
