Biography
I am an Education Master’s and PhD graduate. With a wealth of experience spanning the basic, further, and higher education (HE) sectors, I am currently employed as Senior Learning and Teaching Specialist at the UWC Faculty of EMS. At the core of my role lies the professional development of academics in their teaching, learning and assessment (TLA) role. I consider myself a versatile TLA enthusiast, finding my greatest joy in collaborating with academics eager to explore the ever-evolving landscape of HE. My research spans HE TLA, professional development, and transformative pedagogies, with extensive publications in these areas. I believe in the power of collective engagement to strengthen the scholarship of HE TLA.
