Biography
Dr Jerome Kiley has over 25 years of experience in higher education, having facilitated learning at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels. He currently lectures in the Department of Human Resource Management at CPUT, heading the Advanced Diploma programme in HRM/HRD. He previously lectured in the UWC Department of Industrial Psychology at the pre-and post-graduate level and ran their first-year programme on the University of Johannesburg’s honours in HRD and at the Open University’s Business School in the UK. He has contributed chapters to several textbooks on Industrial Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Business Management and Training Management.
