Online Social Networks Marketing (SNM) is relatively new; it entails using Social Network Sites (SNSs) to market products and services. SNSs are based on web 2.0; they are very dynamic and allow users to interact with one another. This helps business owners to communicate and market their products and services via their sites. SNM has been found as one of the most effective tools on the Internet today, which helps Small and Medium-scale Enterprises (SMEs) in South Africa to expand and flourish in their businesses. This paper focuses on reviewing some SMEs in Cape Town using SNM to promote their businesses.en_US
