Just -in-time material

Abstract

The Student Learning Unit provides a number of academic development services to registered students at CPUT. Many students at the university make use of Student Learning but the reach of the Unit does not extend to all CPUT campuses. Access to information on the services is available on the CPUT website but there are other “back of house” processes that are not well documented or easily accessible. Some of these processes include administrative requirements such as: booking consultations, student appointments, claim forms etc. Just-in-time material needs to be developed that is easily accessible and assists both staff and student to have urgent questions answered.
