The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has enable businesses to interact with customers with added value, to achieve competitive advantage. ICT is bringing numerous changes in the way businesses are run. Successful development of ICT to empower individuals and organisations to store and share information with others, irrespective of time and distance is on the rapid. The perceived benefits from ICT developments and e-business in helping organisation can not be over emphasised. The objective of this paper is to propose a methodological framework of ICT for development and e-business management implementation challenges.
