Abstract: A case of a young female who had a hemi-mandibulectomy done and now presents for rehabilitation of the left side of her mandible. The patient underwent a free fibula flap procedure and three titanium implants were placed in the area. A prosthetic appliance has been manufactured for the patient to replace the large number of teeth lost.
