Abstract: With the removal of a tumour that located in a maxillary or mandibular area it can almost be certain that there will be severe dentition and bone loss. Such bone and dentition loss can also occur as a result of other factors such as cancers or even motor vehicle accidents. Such bone and dentition loss can result in problems in speech, mastication or even facial disfigurement.
