dc.description.abstractThe patient is a 29 year old female In 1974 she complained about swelling inside her mouth A tumour was found in right side of the maxilla, this type of tumour is known as Myxoma. Studies indicated that the Myxoma appeared a year earlier In 2002 a hemimaxillectomy was performed twice, the first time was to remove the 1.1-1.8 and the second time was to remove the 2.1 and 2.2 as result of severe bone loose. Obturator was made in 2002 by Ms Galloway Done as partial fulfillment of her 4th year studies in 2002 She started with this current case-
