Biography
Georina Westraadt D Ed (CPUT), M Ed (CPUT) (cum laude), ATCL (singing), lecturer in art education at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, South Africa has been involved in teacher training in visual art education for B Ed programmes in Foundation and Intermediate/Senior Phase on pre- and postgraduate level for the past 14 years. Have presented papers at several national and international conferences and have had papers published in international and national educational journals, a chapter in a book and in conference proceedings. Main fields of interest are: teacher training in visual art education, learning through visual art and other art forms, curriculum development and reflective practise.
