Abstract: The delivery of infrastructure projects not only benefits the initiators or clients of the projects but also constitutes the agent for fulfilling self-developing needs of professionals. The purpose of this study is to identify the extent to which professional needs are hierarchised as compared with five Maslow's motivation needs and to test if there is any subsequent statistical significant difference between those professionals.
