Abstract: A patient was presented with a dental problem of function and aesthetics. The surgical treatment was full extraction of the mandibular teeth, and partial extraction of the maxillary teeth. The aim of the technician was to provide a prosthesis that would be both financially viable as well function correctly, and to provide an aesthetically pleasing prosthesis.
