Abstract: The patient was assaulted with the claws of a hammer, causing severe bone and tissue loss. The patient underwent several surgeries to correct the deformities. The technical treatment that took place for oral rehabilitation were – a composite crown, a mandibular cobalt-chrome removable partial denture, and a cobalt-chrome obturator.
